Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped, pending payment authorization and verification. Orders are processed Monday-Friday only (excluding major US holidays). Please note our couriers are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping

A minimum order value of $100 USD (excluding shipping & taxes) must be met for orders shipping to Mexico, but must not exceed $1,000 USD.

• UPS World Ship Expedited: 2-10 business days - $40 USD

We do not ship to the following provinces & territories in Mexico: Baja California Sur.

Delivery times are provided as a guideline only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability.

Sales Taxes and Duties

Orders shipped to Mexico are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all import taxes and duties are added to the final order total at checkout. Orders to Mexico will not be subject to any additional charges upon delivery.
