Return Policy

All orders shipped to Mexico are final sale, non-returnable, and ineligible for refunds or exchanges.

Defective Items

If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately.

Return to Sender / Refused Packages

Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by the courier will be returned to our warehouse and treated as a return. We will return the items to stock for a refund less a restocking fee.
